| Dear Consort Singers, Most of you will also have seen that we sent out our first email about the July 19th “Consort Cabaret” dinner event. I have been asked to remind you all that if you purchase your tickets from one of your board members with the Eventbrite app on their phone, that you will be able to avoid some of the processing fees you will be charged online—it’s something like a $6 savings. I’m not sure how many of us will have the app and be able to sell tickets, but hopefully we’ll be able to let you know at rehearsal on Monday. Finally, Judith would like to extend an invitation to all of our singers for post-rehearsal gatherings at her home in Belvedere. She lives at 19 Acacia Avenue, which is about a two-minute drive from St. Stephen’s. There is some parking at her place, but it is always helpful to carpool from the church (or walk, if you don’t mind the ten-minute stroll down the hill and back :)). It would also be a kindness if you brought a bottle of wine (or other drink) to share so Judith has at least a few bottles left in her cellar at the end of summer…. See you all Monday! |
